After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Dillon in the washing machine or dryer.

Dillon is the best sneaker!

This sneaker is so comfortable, even after hours of walking in them. My toes have plenty of room and the fabric of the shoe is soft. I just bought my second pair to take on an upcoming trip so I will have something super comfortable to put on after a long day of hiking.

These shoes were too stiff in the back and they dig into the back of my Achilles and didn’t feel good.

Great boots

I really like my Gracie boots. They are great for walking the dog in the woods on wet mornings. Easy to get on and off too. I wear a 8.5 shoe. Wasn't sure what whole size to order. Got size 9 and they are fine.

Super cute and comfortable!!

Love these shoes!! They fit perfectly and are so comfy. I have worn them with shorts, jeans, a cute jumper I have, a skirt and a sundress. So versatile and looks clean and fashionable.

Great shoes, a little tight at the pinky toes

These shoes are SUPER cute and comfortable. I would be careful, though, if you have a wide front part of your foot. I normally wear a women's size 9 (with kind of thick socks) in regular (non-minimalist) shoes. I ordered a size 8, and the length is good (actually slightly big on my right foot, which is somewhat smaller than my left foot; I have to tighten the laces significantly or I get rubbing against the back of my foot). I wear them without the insole. However, on both sides, the shoe rubs a little on my pinky toe. This keeps me from being able to wear them for walking more than a mile or so.
