Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean your Xcursion Fusions, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Xcursion Fusion in the washing machine or dryer.

Best winter boot I’ve owned

As i made a shift to barefoot shoes gradually in the last 3-4 years, I’ve had limited shoes to start with. This was the third pair of barefoot shoes i got and it had to double up for more occasions than intended. I just returned from a 15 day trip across eu and outside of work meetings i wore this almost everywhere. I walked over 20,000 steps daily with zero discomfort and as I was mostly visiting colder countries, some rainy all the time, they were perfect. I have only worn these in the mountains a few short trips but this is my go to pair for the cold. They look much better irl than in photos. The one thing i still need to confirm is the grip on these, on at least one occasion (walking across wet marble floor), i felt these boots should have more grip.

New generation: new improvements to a pretty nice boot

Immediately I noticed revisions to the Xcursion Fusion, that I just received, from my pair bought in 2022. Specifically, they are a tad longer, the insole no longer gives off a sour odor, the tongue tucks in more snugly and the overall construction looks more durable. There's just one small issue -- for both versions: on slippery exposed tree roots or smooth wet downhill sidewalks, the heel tread does not always grip very securely. I may differ from the usual owners of these boots. I wear them primarily for daily early [dewy grass] morning and rainy dog walks. I can depend on them to be comfortable (almost like slipper-sandals), dry, and even insulated a little for the 30-ish degree days. And they look great too!

Fall apart very easily

If you want to hike indoors I suggest these . I bought a pair a little over a year ago , just hiking my local park destroyed them in like 2 months holes in the bottom of the soles shoe just falling apart , for the price I paid I couldn't believe it ! So I reached out to you guys via email , I send in pics & everything like you wanted , Then said pay us half the cost of the shoe plus you have to go ship us back your old pair, again at your own cost , wow what a great warranty, you guys should be more specific about your warranty because a joke like your cheaply made shoe .save your money not worth the price !

Customer service & Quality of Product

Bought a pair of Xcursions awhile back and they’ve held up spectacularly, my feet have never had so much room for activities! I had an issue with the apparently outdated insoles that I’ve just been letting myself suffer in for months (nothing extreme, just awkward and mildly uncomfortable) due to personal complacency. Brought my complaint to their customer service and they got back to me sooner than I expected and they shipped me an updated insole within a week. Now that I’m wearing them, these shoes are arguably perfect. I have zero complaints with Xero. Totally thrilled and appreciative. Quality and service through and through!!
