To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Prio Neo is perfect for squats and deadlifts!

The Prio Neo is the best training shoe I’ve ever owned. I have been wearing the Nike Metcon for years, but the Prio Neo gives me a better feel and a more stable base. Especially for exercises like squats and deadlifts.

Better sizing

13 too small crushes my toes when I walk. 14 slips on my heel which in turn changes my gait. Why wouldn’t you carry half sizes all the way through. 13.5 would be dead on for me.

Love the look, feel very cheap

This is my 10th pair of Xero shoes and I love the look of these, but these are the cheapest, flimsiest shoes I’ve ever owned. I don’t know if it’s just the black ones, but these have the structural integrity of water shoes. I don’t even want to try running in them because they offer no support at all.

Awesome Shoe

I bought my prio neo in the blue color way in January 2024 after many hours of research and reading reviews. I am a nurse and work at a busy infusion center. I am on my feet sometimes the entire day and work on hard unforgiving floors. I wore hokas before this and never thought that all of the support and cushion were actually detrimental to your foot and overall health. I went the opposite direction with xero shoes and have not regretted it at all. These shoes were extremely comfortable out of the box and are some of the most flexible and lightweight shoes I’ve ever worn. I am almost always a 9.5 with fairly narrow feet and got these in 9.5. They fit well and I have plenty of room in the forefoot to let my toes spread and flex freely. The shoe still feels secure in the midfoot and heel areas which makes the shoe feel like nothing when you wear it. After walking in them the first week, I noticed I could really feel my foot striking the ground and my heel would let me know when I wasn’t waking with good form. I find that I walk “lighter” now if that makes sense and my stride has shortened. Heel striking has become a thing of the past now and I find myself landing more on the mid to forefoot after some retraining. Funny how even as a nurse, I had to relearn how to walk properly!! The shoes have plenty of grip and although I don’t run/workout in these, I could see them being great for those activities. No durability issues so far, they hardly show any wear after wearing them every mon-fri for over 8 hours. I get plenty of compliments on the eye-catching blue shoes and have had good conversations with coworkers and patients about my barefoot journey. One patient even went and bought a pair of xero mesas after chatting about it! I have since bought a pair of HFS 2, pagosa, prio, ztrek sandal, and daylight fusion hiking boots from xero shoes and I love each of the purchases. Great company, great message and great shoes! Thanks guys!!!

My feet feel great!

These shoes are great- adequate support, great width- little toe is not cramped, and look great. Only one minor complaint- the shoe laces are too long
